All shipments are sent via UPS Ground shipping.

Free shipping is offered on all purchases.

Orders received before 12:00 noon EST are shipped within 3 business days.

Return Policy

We are committed to providing unparalleled service and quality products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return in exchange for in-stock merchandise.

You may return unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase. Refunds cannot be issued.

Please contact Percivall Advertising’s Adam Walker at 919-872-8884 x 236, 800-557-5266, or adam@percivalladvertising.com within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase to be assigned a return authorization number for your return. This return authorization number is required for all exchanges.

When packaging your return, please include the original packing slip and indicate the reason(s) for your return.

If you do not have the original packing slip, please indicate the order number or the e-mail address and full name of the person who purchased the order, along with the reason(s) for your return on a separate piece of paper.
